**Role Overview**:
As a **Web3 Marketing Assistant** at TokenMinds, you will collaborate with our marketing and promotion teams to support the execution of campaigns designed for Web3 and crypto audiences. You will assist in managing communications, organizing tasks, and ensuring that client needs are met effectively. This role offers the opportunity to learn from industry leaders while contributing to the growth of innovative projects in the Web3 space.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Support Web3 Marketing Strategy**:Assist the marketing team in executing strategies for Web3 and crypto projects, including token launches, DeFi platforms, NFT drops, and other blockchain-related initiatives.
- ** Client Communication**: Support the management of client communications, including setting up and participating in conference calls to ensure clarity on project goals and updates.
- ** Community Building & Engagement**: Assist in developing community-driven campaigns on platforms like Telegram, Discord, and Twitter, helping to foster user interaction and long-term engagement.
- ** Research & Analysis**: Conduct market research on Web3 trends, competitive analysis, and tokenomics, providing insights that support the marketing team’s efforts.
- ** Task Management**: Collaborate with the promotion department manager to organize and prioritize tasks, ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials and campaign milestones.
- ** Content Support**: Help with coordinating content creation, including working with writers, designers, and influencers to produce marketing assets that resonate with crypto investors and communities.
- ** Administrative Support**: Assist with various administrative tasks, such as managing schedules, organizing campaign materials, and tracking project progress.

**Requirements**:

- A basic understanding of Web3, blockchain, and crypto concepts.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to hold conference calls with clients and ensure clear communication on project deliverables.
- Strong task management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with the promotion department manager and other team members.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
