Overview
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to perform outbound sales prospecting activities directed at customers and targets, to create and develop leads and build pipelines. As part of the team, you'll use social media and other tools to capture prospect profiles that support meaningful conversations. The Sales Development Representatives report to the Marketing Manager in APAC.
You Will:

- Perform outbound sales prospecting activities directed at customers and targets, to produce and develop leads/pipeline to nurture and hand off.
- Respond to certain phone, web and other inquiries within a defined time frame.
- Provide growth/ROI based messaging to prospects and customers.
- Collaborate with sales colleagues and territory owners
- Participate in call campaigns to populate events (i.e. Executive breakfast, local user) and post-event follow up
- Prepare and distribute customer feedback to sales and marketing colleagues
- Learn about LP successes and business ecosystem and share with prospects and customers.

You Have:

- BS or BA degree, or equivalent work experience.
- One year in sales development/lead qualification, in a B2B environment.
- Demonstrated track record at maintaining activity/conversation/chat volume and achieving measurable goals, quota and quantifiable results.
- Experience working with a SaaS solution.
- Excellent phone skills and persona.
- High degree of proficiency with standard corporate productivity tools.
- High degree of responsiveness.
- Familiarity with online real-time engagement through chat and video.
