**Sales Manager (Cross-Border Trucking)**
- Promotion, sales and marketing of cross-border trucking services
- Organisation and implementation of sales objectives
- Conducts and surveys competitors’ performance and market rates
- Reviews and implements competitive pricing structure
- Supervises sales team in directing their efforts towards meeting prescribed sales targets
- Develops system to ensure focused attention on customers’ satisfaction and on quality of service
- Attends to sales enquiries and customers’ complaints
- Hunts for new customer accounts across all industries
- Visits and services customers
- Conducts RFQ, RPQ and RFI
- Liaises closely with client’s overseas offices for RFQ, RFP and RFI
- Handles and other special projects in sales, business development and marketing
- Prepares monthly sales and marketing activities reports

**Job Requirements**:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and marketing of 3PL services with minimum 2 years managerial experience
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing or equivalent
- Good command of English
- Good presentation skill
- Computer literate
