**Explore your tasks and responsibilities**:

- Working in close collaboration with the Regional Lead, develops, implements and manages Learning and Development initiatives in the region to create a learning environment that will build up capabilities and competencies of the employees in delivering business outcomes that will positively impact Incoming Orders, Revenue and EBIT;
- Leads efforts across the region to conduct training needs analysis and works with Country HR Managers to recommend (cost) effective Learning and Development options in the form of Training Plan to meet specific business needs of the organization in line with Company strategies;
- Working in close collaboration with Country MDs and HR Managers, organises and rolls out learning and development initiatives such as in-house training, external training or other forms of developmental efforts ensuring consistency and quality of outcomes;
- Works with Corporate HQ on global initiatives such as talent management, succession planning, etc, and follows through on the implementation of such programs across SEA
- Oversees the Talent Management Program in SEA and works closely with Country MDs and HR Managers to have a robust development program ensuring that their potential is fully reached and organizational capability is enhanced

**Show your expertise**:
**Minimum Qualification**:

- Bachelor of Business, Human Resource or any other relevant Discipline or equivalent

**Minimum Years of Experience**:

- At least 10 years of relevant experience in Talent Management

**Type of Experience**:

- Human Resource experience in any industry
