**Cashier cum Hostess
- Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner, ascertains their dining/lodging needs;
- Seat guests and manage the seating chart and monitors restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow;
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner;
- Perform restraurant opening and closing duties, as needed.
- Liaise with the kitchen/wine teams with regards to special offers and ensure the offers are advertise accordingly on system and website;
- To upkeep and maintaine a database of all regular patrons of the restaurant; based on their preference;
- To handle and complete Cashier report;
- Assist others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, table setting and etc;
- Assist other operation staffs in food delivery, guest engagement etc, if needed

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree from a recognized hospitality / tertiary institution
- Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant experience
- Basic cashiering skills
- Have F&B working experience in high level individual restaurants or luxury hotels
- Have knowledge with overall basic food and beverage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for presentation and quality
- Able to work in flexible hours including late hour, weekends/public holidays ;
