Fintech Sales Executive

In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to independently generate a robust sales pipeline within the local market and meet established sales targets.
Your responsibilities will include promoting the company’s FX products and services while cultivating and nurturing relationships with both prospective and existing clients. It is essential to ensure that these clients receive exceptional service. We seek self-motivated, results-oriented, and energetic individuals to join our team, and we offer an attractive remuneration package for those who succeed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify business opportunities of targeted segments
- Channel sales and business development
- New client acquisitions and developing client relationships
- Ensure appropriate marketing or sales material are generated
- Make appointments, visit and present our services to prospective merchants
- Engage with merchants to understand their needs and create and articulate compelling value propositions
Job Requirements:
- Minimum diploma or degree from a reputable institution majoring in business or a related discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant direct (local/regional) sales to and/or channel/business development preferably with other licensed Major Payments Institutions (Cross-border Money Transfers), Fintechs, or financial institutions
- Sales team leadership skills will be preferred/advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners
- Self-motivated team player with a strong sense of responsibility
- Able to communicate well with various levels of people in organizations
- Language proficiency in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates and in-view of business communication)
