Account Manager

**Account Manager** are responsible on client management, serving as a main point of contact between the client and the company by managing and nurturing relationships.

**What you will do**:

- **Client Management** : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, objectives and expectations. Act as a liaison between the client and the company
- **Communication** : Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns and provide feedbacks
- **Account Planning** : Develop strategic accounts plan by outlining sales forecast to maximize utilization
- **Customer retention** : Implement strategies to retain existing clients and performing annual account reviews
- **Sales Support** : Collaborate with sales team to complete client onboarding
- Any other ad hoc tasks assigned

**Requirements**:
**What we are looking for**:

- Min 1 year in B2B account management/servicing (Lending or relevant trade knowledge is preferred)
- Diploma Holder
- Excel and Microsoft skills
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
