**Leadership**
- Lead the PMO Globally
- Lead the client’s strategic priorities across Project, Programme and Portfolio Management

**Portfolio Management**

Acting as the Global Portfolio Manager:

- Providing portfolio management of the Global Property Portfolio and management of the annual capital plan
- Provide an avenue of escalation into the business, driving the portfolio of works
- Is the ambassador for the client’s project management system
- Ensures the Client’s governance and assurance processes are strictly adhered to
- Accountable for fortnightly portfolio reporting duties

**Governance and Assurance**
- Enforcing the cadence of global governance and assurance through the PMO ‘Drumbeat’
- Provide assurance of Regional Property Programmes to ensure such as:

- Regular programme governance meetings and supporting documentation
- Monthly reporting of programme financials (cashflows, forecast final costs)
- Accountable for the performance management of PM’s and QS’s
- Supporting the clients retail arm through programme governance and assurance

**Improvements & Efficiencies**
- Constantly seek new ways of driving efficiencies and improvements, and improving speed to market through new tools, processes and ways of working
- Form strategic alliances within the Partnership to drive significant leaps in
- Provide Subject Matter Expert support to the Change & Transformation team

**Team duties**
- Ensure the Commercial Lead undertakes their quarterly duties in reporting programme benchmarking data and the development of PMO cost models
- Oversight of PMO activities with the PMO Systems Administrator, ensuring that all relevant meetings are captured and recorded for governance purposes

**Process**
- **PMO Playbook and RACI - **Develop and own the PMO Global Playbook and RACI; expanding to become an end to end process manual that is adaptable for all project sizes. Target to become digitised by March 2021 and provide a thorough process roadmap for the client's Property team members
- **Project Management Navigator toolkit **- Own the PM Navigator; the toolkit to ensure PM’s are delivering their projects fully compliant to the banks standards
