As a Retail & Customer Service Associate, you will be in charge of taking care of customer service in store and online. We are looking for passionate & motivated individuals to join our team. This is the role for you if you love fashion and working with people.

**Responsibilities**:

- Involvement in other ad-hoc special projects, duties and assignments required by management
- Maintain and uphold the retail outlets image and hygiene standards at all times
- Housekeeping

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in fashion retail
- Efficient in HAND sewing and take measurements
- Someone who loves fashion
- Fluent in English, able to speak Mandarin is a bonus
- Working Hours are Monday to Thursday (11am-8pm) and Sunday (9am-6pm) - off days are Friday and Saturday

Starting Salary**:$2,000 - $2,800 per month
**Additions**:
$1000 joining bonus
13th month bonus
50% staff discount and free monthly rentals

Requirements: minimum 1 year (3 month probation)
