Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our mobile retail team. The ideal candidate will help customers select mobile phones, accessories, and telco services while maintaining smooth shop operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with telco SIM card registration and sales
  • Sell handphones and mobile accessories
  • Recommend suitable tech gadgets based on customer needs
  • Maintain shop cleanliness and tidy appearance
  • Conduct regular stock checks and inventory tracking
  • Manage daily sales transactions and handle cash confidently
  • Ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese to support a diverse clientele
  • Friendly, patient, and confident personality
  • Proactive in engaging customers and recommending products
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Willing to work on weekends and/or public holidays

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: $1,800 – $2,200 per month
  • Commission: Performance-based incentives
