**Position Summary**
- Handle sell-out data and consolidate into Dashboard for weekly and monthly sharing to the team
- Analyze weekly / monthly market share data (GfK), share insights and make recommendations to the various stakeholders
- Manage MCS system and enforce data accuracy
- Manage display flooring, track efficiency and suggest replacements for slow moving skus
- Implement channel mapping process that includes retail mapping and establish performance and measurement standards such as retail display share, product distribution across DA categories
- Channel analysis (identify opportunities and strengths by analyzing channel and sales fundamentals, go to market strategies, sell-through analysis and promotional impact and effectiveness in the trade)
- Conceptualize external roadshow layout and display plan (Atrium or Expo) with sales and retail team, track sell-out and efficiency of spend (ROI)
- Incorporate market intelligence (competitor activities, promotion, incentive etc), market share (GfK) and sell-thru data (MCS) into weekly report, sales meeting and business review
- Consolidate and analyze competitive benchmarking in the trade and provide insights and recommendations to the product marketing and sales team
- Weekly store / show visits to ensure display compliance and identify areas for improvement

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Develops professional expertise by complying with company policies and procedures
- Works on problems of moderate scope where analyzing situations or data requires a review on various factors
- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
- Normally receives general instructions on routine work with detailed instructions on new projects or assignments
- Generally requires a bachelor's degree with a minimum 2 years related experience, or advanced degree without experience
