**Responsibilities**
**Content Creation**:
- Work collaboratively with the content team to brainstorm and conceptualize ideas, delivering visually appealing and engaging content that continuously inspires and excites consumers through copy, design, and content angles.
- Stay current with the latest social media trends, adapting and generating innovative ideas to fulfill the objectives of various campaigns.
- Develop and execute a consistent stream of high-quality social media content aligning with VIPSHOP’s brand identity.
- Handle the setup, deployment, and execution of paid media to enhance the reach and impact of our content.
**Social Community Management**:
- Manage all VIPSHOP social media platforms, maintaining a consistent posting schedule and engaging actively by being highly responsive to comments, messages, and all other interactions in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster, engage, and cultivate a positive and interactive online environment reflecting the brand’s mission and slogan, developing a sense of community.
- Monitor and understand target audiences, as well as their needs and demands.
**Strategy and Planning**:
- Collaborate with the Content Strategist to contribute to the overall social media strategy and calendar, recommending improvements.
- Conduct consumer and competitor analysis, transforming data insights into actionable recommendations to optimize content and strategies.
- Track the performance and insights of content across platforms, modifying creative concepts and working alongside Performance Marketing to leverage analytics tools for meticulous tracking and analysis of key performance metrics and well-performing content.
**Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with Creative team to design visually appealing paid media on a weekly basis.
- Collaborate with our dynamic team to develop and implement social media campaigns that engage and grow our audience while ensuring the alignment of messaging and content across all channels.
- Foster relationships with other teams, external vendors, and agencies as necessary.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management and content creation, demonstrating proficiency in stakeholder management and expectation communication.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative content creation skills.
- Self-starter with strong project management skills, able to work independently yet effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends, with an eye for design and aesthetics.
- Knowledge of brand design, content marketing trends, and best practices.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing content strategies for consumer-facing brands or products.
- Passion for e-commerce, beauty, fashion, and lifestyle, with a strong understanding of our target audience.
- Demonstrate a high degree of flexibility and be comfortable navigating ambiguity
**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
