**Responsibilities**:
**Content Strategy & Planning**
- Design, develop and implement a structured content strategy to drive content development for all VIPSHOP marketing channels and outputs.
- Develop messaging matrixes and define narratives that outline where, when, why, and how we communicate the value propositions of key brands, popular products and APP initiatives.
- Examine the entire customer journey and audit existing content to make recommendations to continuously inspire and excite our consumers through content angles, copy and design.

**Content Research & Analysis**
- Track the performance and insights of content across platforms, modifying creative concepts and working alongside Performance Marketing to leverage analytics tools for tracking and analysis of key performance metrics and well-performing content.
- Conduct regular consumer and competitor analysis, transforming data insights into actionable recommendations to optimize content and strategies.
- Regularly research viral content and advertisements, what works and what doesn't, to adapt and create our own.

**Content Production & Deployment**
- Stay current with the latest social media trends, adapting and generating innovative ideas to ensure our campaigns are effective and competitive.
- Manage the creative copies of our paid digital ads campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads, to increase website traffic and conversions.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Manage the end-to-end video production process, from capturing footage to editing, ensuring high-quality content with impactful effects, transitions, and engaging elements.

**Collaboration**
- Work with internal and external collaborators and creative resources to deliver content that is coherent with the brand strategy.
- Work collaboratively with the content team and also independently be able to brainstorm and conceptualize ideas, delivering visually appealing and engaging content that continuously inspires and excites consumers through copy, design, and content angles.
- Content Production Management: Manage logistics, scheduling, budgeting, and talent direction for seamless content creation, including videography and on-screen talent guidance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on content creation, paid digital advertisements management, social media management and creative management.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative content creation skills.
- Experience working in dedicated content or creative strategy role for a creative agency, retail or technology brand or editorial media company is a plus.
- Experience developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, social media management tools, algorithms, and trends, with an eye for design and aesthetics.
- Knowledge of brand design, content marketing trends and best practices.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing content strategies for consumer-facing brands or products.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Self-starter with strong project management skills, able to work independently yet effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for e-commerce, beauty, fashion, and lifestyle, with a strong understanding of our target audience.
- Demonstrate a high degree of flexibility and be comfortable navigating ambiguity.
