**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Hired by the Expansion Operations Team through Kitchen by the company, this role reports to the Expansion Operations Manager and his team via the Team Lead, Expansion Operations to:
1. Provide proactive, prompt and regular feedback and suggestions on the company/ Expansion Projects operational process improvement and efficiency.

2. Support the day-to-day operations of the company/ Expansion Projects:

- Handle food in a safe, hygienic, and sanitary manner.
- Pack orders carefully to ensure that all orders are sent out correctly without any missing items, condiments, or utensils.
- Assist to receive goods, conduct daily inventory checks.
- Resolve issues on the phone or face-to-face with customers (Consumers/Eaters, Merchants, and Delivery Partners) and strive to deliver excellent customer service.
- Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost the reputation of the company.

3. Onboarding and training new Coordinator: Perform with high standards of compliance to SOPs to ensure Food Safety Standards:

- Comply with the company's Food Safety SOPs to prevent cross-contamination and prevent leakage of trade/ business information.
- Cleaning and sanitising diligently without being told (including the toilet, hard to reach corners and crevices, and places usually overlooked).
- Assist to monitor daily sales and inventory movement.
- Assist to record daily temperature logs.

**PROGRESSION**:
To be offered the opportunity to progress to Specialist, employee must have minimum 1 month experience as Coordinator with track record of being dependable

**COMMITMENT PERIOD**:
Minimum 3 months commitment

Longer commitment welcomed

**WORKING HOURS**:
Up to 44 normal hours a week on 4 weekdays (Mon-Fri) and 1 weekend (Sat/Sun).

Hours exceeding 44 hours will be paid at 1.5x rate (OT).

Hours worked on actual Public Holiday will be paid at 2.0x rate (PH).
- Opening Shift:
11.00am (start at 9.00am-10.30am on a needs basis) to 5.00pm (or earlier on a needs basis)

AND / OR
- Mid Shift:
12.00pm (start at 11.00am on a needs basis) to 6.00pm (or earlier on a needs basis)

AND / OR
- Closing Shift:
5.00pm (start at 4.00pm on a needs basis) to 10.00pm (or end at 10.30pm / 11.00pm / 11.30pm on a needs basis)

AND / OR
- Extended Shift:
9.00pm (start at earlier on a needs basis) to 2.00am (or end later on a needs basis)

Transport from work place to own home for shifts ending after 12mn and before 6am

**TERMINATION**:
1-week probation with 1-day notice or salary-in-lieu for termination.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Confident communicator with high level of customer service attitude.
- Takes initiative and do more than is required without having to be told.
- Have a “team member” mindset as opposed to “just an employee” mindset.
- Work within all the company policies and procedures, in particular health and safety, equal opportunities, confidentiality, and data protection.
- Additional certification (e.g., in Diploma in Business Administration or Hospitality or WSQ Certificate in Food Hygiene) is a plus.
- Comfortable with handling or having direct contact with products containing pork/ alcohol.
