**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct and develop in-depth research content on Singapore & regional property sector, with a focus on the residential and commercial property markets
- Deliver and write analytical reports on the real estate market in English.
- Identify trends while providing forward looking research from a macro and micro perspective.
- Research from various sources of Market Intelligence to gather useful data andinformation for research and analysis.
- Track and analyze supply and demand dynamics that correlates to economic indicators
- Liaise with media correspondents and write commentaries on trending events.
- Understand and assemble data from agencies such as HDB, URA, JTC and other government ministries.
- Collaborate with other departments in the company to support marketing activities.
- Solving complex market related problems to learn and grow as a member of a team. Organize and manage databases which will be used for work process.

**Requirements**:

- A university graduate with strong interest in real estate market research and analysis.
- Good report writing skills & strong command of English are essential.
- Highly motivated individual with positive working attitude and able to work within ateam.
- Possess knowledge in real estate economics and valuation. University graduate with Real Estate degree will have an advantage.
