We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Data Analyst to join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry into the age of technology through innovation and a desire to solve its multitude of challenges.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and research real estate data trends and provide market insights to management, media partners and clients.
- Manage the company's real estate data assets and ensure that they are updated and organized with high quality, coverage and accuracy.
- As the real estate expert in the company, you will serve as a consultant for different teams needing your expertise. Some examples include:

- Collaborating closely with the Data Science team to support improvements to the in-house automated valuation model.
- Guiding the creation of real estate products to ensure that they are relevant for different stakeholders.
- Working with the Content/Marketing team for data-related real estate news and workshops.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated knowledge of Singapore Real Estate
- Experience with market research and data storytelling
- A strong sense of responsibility and accountability
- Past experience in analyzing data in marketplace, classifieds, e-commerce and/or property portals to understand correlations between user interactions in real estate portal and the market would be advantageous
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R is preferred
- Ability to trace/debug codes to investigate any data process issues is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, proficiency in Mandarin, and/or Bahasa would be advantageous
