We are experiencing exponential growth across our platforms, requiring a Customer Success Manager to ensure longevity and success in all our accounts, from Government to Enterprise & Associations.

**About The Role**

As the Customer Success Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients virtual platforms run smoothly. Acting as the key point of contact for our accounts, you will stay in close contact with all client stakeholders as well as internal SeeMeCV team members to maximise user experience and client deliverables.

**Your Responsibilities**

You will be a conduit between the SeeMeCV business and our clients. Your client interaction will be essential in:

- monitoring and maximising subscription clients, leading QBRs and renewals
- developing client relationships, understanding their objectives, and exploring how to enhance their platform usage to meet these opportunities
- identify further opportunities from a sales or functional perspective, and turn it into contract renewals/expansion
- manage project delivery from sales handover, working with the project & technology team to ensure client satisfaction and project maximisation
- managing documentation, reporting, client training
- ongoing review of client delivery processes, identifying new product developments, functionality or process management.

**About You**

You are a curious, and creative problem solver with an aptitude for customer service. You’ll have a commercial and entrepreneurial mindset with experience in managing customer experience, projects, contract management and renewals in either a sales, customer success or account management capacity. You’ll be technologically astute have experience in SaaS, ideally in HR industry (e.g. ATS, recruitment and interview software), though experience in other software solutions would also be valuable.

You will be capable of leading a small team responsible for operational tasks which are essential to client satisfaction and project delivery.

You’ll be a strong communicator with a passion for client success and exploring new ideas and better ways of doing things
