**Key Responsibilities**
- Regularly update and ensure accurate maintenance of employee database, p-files, and other HR-related information
- Assist with the necessary for a smooth onboarding for new hires, including preparing workstations, stationery, uniforms, and PPE if applicable
- Assist with job postings on various job portals
- Coordinate training and administer training for employees
- Ensure drivers’ trip claims are correct
- Support the HR & Admin Manager in a variety of personnel-related administrative duties

- GCE ‘O’ Level/ Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of HR-related experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Unit4 Prosoft HRMS is an added advantage
- Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and/or local labour legislation
