
Business Development Senior Executive

**About the Role**:
Autolife Robotics is looking for an experienced, results-driven Business Development professional to drive sales of our humanoid robots to universities, research institutions, and innovation labs across the world. This is a high-impact role for someone who can confidently lead deals, build relationships, and navigate complex technical conversations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing
- Introduce Autolife’s humanoid robots to key academic decision-makers
- Articulate our robot’s hardware architecture, AI system, and use cases clearly
- Coordinate demo schedules, pilot programs, and technical Q&A with clients
- Build and manage regional distribution/partner channels as needed
- Represent Autolife at conferences, academic forums, and exhibitions
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in robotics, AI, or hardware SaaS
- Solid understanding of computing, robotics, or embedded systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Confidence in managing high-level academic or research clients
- Fluent in English (spoken + written) and Chinese
- Strong track record in hitting sales targets and building long-term client trust
