Singapore JR FOODS PTE. LTD. Full time

Oversee accounting functions, which include management and fixed asset reporting, journal entry preparation, balance reconciliation, and activities related to a period close.
- Involved in JR Group and its subsidiaries daily financial operations.
- Responsible for monthly audit schedules of JR Group and its subsidiaries including statement of comprehensive income and financial position in accordance to FRS.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing and prepare entity financial reports.
- Review balance sheet schedule and perform variance analysis of FS.
- Review AR and AP aging and ensure timely collection and prompt payments.
- Assist in budget and financial forecasts.
- Assist in group consolidation.
- Review journal entries and ensure correct GL coding.
- Review monthly interco schedule.
- Assist in all JR Group and its subsidiaries taxation matters.
- Document all essential financial control procedures.
- Provide the team with current FRS and legal update.
- Assist in maintenance of internal control and SOP documents
- Assist to streamline on-going process within the finance operation.
- Prepare special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends as assigned.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agent, government agencies, bankers, customers, suppliers on related matters.
- Assist in inventory count and project billings.
- Assist in assets acquisition and disposal.
- Assist in financial modelling and profitability analysis.

Job requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance.
- At least 3 years experience within an Accounting role, ideally within the Manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS as well as SAP.
- Adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- A strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
- Self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
