My client is a developer who has it owns main contractor firm

**2 x Project managers
1) Must have experience in **Mega project Life science/ Pharm**

**Or**

2) Must have experience in **Landed Houses **.

**Job Description**:

- Reports to Director and manages overall delivery of project safely, on time and within budget,
- Works closely with client, vendors, subcontractors, consultants and construction team to ensure timely
submission and approval of project deliveries according to baseline programme and cost reduction through
optimization whenever possible,
- Oversees operations of projects activities, including but not limited to project setup, organization structure,
cost management, project quality, progress reporting, site safety and security,
- Ensures the project is implemented according to company’s project implementation plan and policies,
- Reports project progress to senior management,
- Chairs regular internal progress meetings,
- Attends meetings with client, authorities and subcontractors,
- Supports HQ in tender preparation.

**Requirements**:

- Dip/Degree in Civil Structural Engineering
- Has at least 5 years of demonstrable experience in building works,
- Strong leader with good communication and writing skills, self-motivated and work independently,
- Familiar with digital engineering and construction delivery.
