**Make an Impact by**
- Continuously monitor real-time security alerts and escalate tickets for unusual activity or potential threats.
- Continuously follow up and manage security ticket till closure which include:

- Ensure that Service Level Agreements are met.
- Liaising with customers with regards to information security incidents.
- Provision and performance of remedial actions to enhance customers' network security posture.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to security policies, procedures, and protocol.
- Develop and maintain Security Incident playbook and security use cases tailored to customer’s requirements.
- Assist in other SOC related activities as required.
- 24/7 Shift work or standby rotation may be required.

**Skills for Success**
- Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or Information System.
- Knowledge in scripting (e.g. shell scripting, Macro, PHP, Perl, Java, etc.) and/or Regular Expression.
- Knowledge with TCP/IP packet analysis / network debugging with tcp dump or similar.
- Knowledge with general security technologies, processes, and concepts.
- Demonstrate a strong passion for cybersecurity, staying motivated to protect the organization from evolving threats.
- Take the initiative to propose innovative solutions and continuously improve security practices.
- Work effectively in a team environment, contributing to shared goals and supporting colleagues.
- Foster open communication and knowledge-sharing within the team to strengthen the organization’s overall cybersecurity.
