**Responsibilities**
- Manage front desk duties during check-ins every Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- Perform level one escalation and resolution process
- Carry out inspection checks under villas readiness procecures four hour prior to guests check in and after check out
- Record damages using electronic forms on, loss of equipment and report defects after guests check out procedures
- Conduct regular inspections of the villas infrastructure interior to ensure the Resorts is well-maintained and upkept
- Report any defects to maintainence team in order to schedule repairs
- Carry out low-value office supplies stationery-ordering including printer toner
- Handle issues reported by housekeeping/security team
- Liasise with SG bike company on the restocking of bikes at Resorts when quantity is low
- Liasie with external government agencies NEA/SLA/Nparks on the maintenence at Seaview beach area
- Monthly stocktaking for linens and existing kitchen inventory at Resorts
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in hospitality or equivalent
- Hospitality certification or relevant experience
