About the team Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships with authors; It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries.
1. Responsible for designing livestream ecosystem content governance product with the purpose of ensuring global content governance strategy is aligned
2. Develop an external and internal feedback mechanism to increase livestream community satisfaction level.
3. Establish an orderly mechanism to conduct livestream community education and optimize the quality of streamers' contents through developing products that combine end-user perception and governance system.
4. Deep dive into livestream content ecosystem to understand potential risk to create measurable metrics. Constantly review the metrics to ensure it stays updated.
5. Cooperate with TnS, algorithms, operations and AI Lab team to design a fair decision making logic and strategy through different risk indicators to ensure a healthy livestream content environment.
**Requirements**:
1. Min. Bachelor degree.
2. At least 6 years of experience as a product manager in the internet industry, with a focus on user generated content product.
3. Possess strong communication ability to facilitate frequent internal cross function cooperation and projects.
4. Sensitive to data and able to make data led decisions.
5. Well versed in user generated content product; avid user of user generated content app.
6. Self-disciplined, self
- motivated, excellent sense of logic with great learning ability.
