Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Livestream Host to showcase our wellness products online. The successful candidate will be responsible for hosting engaging livestream sessions on Shopee and TikTok Shop, demonstrating product features, benefits, and usage tips in an interactive and entertaining way.

Responsibilities include responding to live audience questions and comments promptly to drive engagement and conversion, collaborating with marketing to develop livestream scripts, product highlights, and promotional campaigns, and maintaining brand tone by being informative, approachable, and wellness-focused.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will include monitoring livestream metrics, reporting performance, and suggesting improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in livestream selling (Shopee Live, TikTok Shop, Instagram Live, or similar)
• Confident, energetic, and comfortable in front of a camera
• Able to communicate fluently in English (Mandarin or Malay is a plus)
• Good product demonstration skills with the ability to engage and entertain audiences
• Passion for wellness, lifestyle, and fragrance products is a big bonus
• Familiarity with social media trends, especially TikTok formats and viral engagement tactics
