As we continue our rapid growth, we are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to elevate our platform’s user experience and design systems.

**Role Overview**

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping the user journey on our platform. Beyond designing interfaces, you will establish comprehensive design strategies, create brand guidelines, and contribute to crafting a cohesive and engaging user experience. Working closely with product, development, and marketing teams, you will ensure that every design decision aligns with user needs and business goals.

Your ability to think strategically and execute designs with precision will be key to delivering a world-class product that resonates with our audience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and deliver high-quality user interfaces for web and mobile platforms, ensuring usability, accessibility, and scalability.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system, including brand guidelines, style guides, and reusable components.
- Lead user research efforts to gather insights, identify pain points, and validate design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that communicate design concepts effectively.
- Ask insightful questions to uncover business and user needs, driving clarity in the design process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design strategies with product goals and technical constraints.
- Conduct usability testing and analyze data to iterate and refine designs for optimal user satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally in social media, UGC, or fast-paced startup environments.
- Proven expertise in building and maintaining design systems and brand guidelines.
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and responsive design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions effectively.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating your ability to deliver impactful design solutions for complex projects.

**Bonus Points**
- Experience with prototyping tools and conducting usability testing.
- Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Passion for social media, UGC, and community-driven platforms.
