**TITLE: ORDER FULFILMENT MANAGER**

Reporting To: CEO

**SUMMARY**

The Order Fulfilment Manager is responsible for accurate manufacturing and timely delivery of orders through online, resellers and business sales. They are to prioritize and enact good manufacturing practices and safety standards across all operations. They should continuously develop strategies and methods to increase accuracy and efficiency.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Frontline supervision of manufacturing, order preparation and shipping
- Implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and supervise staff to ensure safe practices and procedures are followed in warehouse
- Oversee and review all shipments for compliance with the highest standards of shipping practices for dangerous goods (IATA Category 6)
- Partner with Finance on P&L matters
- Work closely with customer services to ensure Maison 21G is providing a first-class experience for all customers who shop via our online channels
- Determine immediate strategies and sustainable vision to increase weight of business / contribution to division growth / Market share
- Support development of country specific e-commerce priorities by working closely with country managers to verify the ability to meet timelines for upcoming promotions and partnerships
- Create and maintain a Production schedule for: E-commerce, resellers and B2B orders - Create synergies between local and international logistics partners to ensure accurate and timely delivery
- To work with cross-functional teams from Finance, Supply Chain, Digital Marketing and Sales & Marketing Team in executing the E-Commerce plan in order to deliver on new products, promotions, new partnerships, and other growth strategies
- To support demand planning operating rhythm with internal stakeholders in order to achieve satisfactory order fulfillment.

**DESIRED SKILLS**
- Degree in business related discipline with minimum 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce key account management of eRetailers, or related experience in a FMCG environment.
- Possesses strong understanding of online/eCommerce market dynamics and good appreciation of digital marketing strategies.
- Possesses excellent business acumen and is independent.
- Possesses strong knowledge in Microsoft Office (eg. Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
- Possesses a positive attitude with strong resilience and commitment in overcoming challenges so as to achieve required results.
- Exudes self-confidence and possesses strong interpersonal skills in relationship building, team building and leadership
- A dynamic team player who works well with cross-functional stakeholders but is independent and decisive in executing required tasks.
