**Job Description**:

- Analyze design specifications and create comprehensive test plan for the project
- Document individual test cases in the testing platform, and review past test cases periodically for optimization
- Testing code for enhancements/bug fixes to ensure compliance quality assurance policy requirements and best practices and in accordance with business requirements
- Work closely with the project team to report bugs from the projects/enhancement and ensure resolution of the bugs
- Conduct prioritization of bugs, leveraging business understanding and technical comprehension of the issue
- Manage communication of bugs, problems and escalations to internal and external partners / vendors as required
- Ability to work in environments with competing and alternating priorities, with a constant focus on agile delivery
- Experience in creating, analyzing, and validating detailed test plans and test cases.
- Experience in Agile methodology and practices
- Excellent understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies
- Possesses good knowledge of testing methodologies, standards and automated testing tools
- Experience in project management is a plus.
- Able to communicate effectively in verbal and written with internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to work independently, as a strong self-started and collaborate with other teams.
- Good team player and willing to learn new things

Your Skills & Qualifications:

- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines.
- Min 3-5 years experience in Manual software testing
- Working knowledge Test Management Tools (e.g. HP ALM).
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
