Digital Banking Test Manager

**Currently we are looking for a Test Manager that experience in manage the Digital (Mobile and Tablet) testing project in Singapore.**

**1. Test Management**
- **Responsible for defining overall test strategy and test plan jointly with project stakeholders**:

- **Define SIT scope, manage, monitor and track SIT functional, non-functional and integration testing**:

- **Work with Business Program Manager and BU Specialist to define UAT scope, manage, monitor and track UAT testing with**:

- **Ensure testing completed on-time, within budget and the desired quality.**:

- **Work with stakeholders to define scope of Vulnerability Assessment**:

- **Monitor and manage risks/issues related to Testing and Quality**

**2. Test Planning and Test Scenarios**
- **Work with TDMs to ensure relevant Testing types are performed and meets required testing guidelines**:

- **Provide test plan and test budget to Project Manager as part of overall delivery plan**:

- **Review UAT test scenarios with responsible parties of UAT (e.g., Business Program Manager, BU Specialist, Ops testers) to ensure sufficient test coverage**:

- **Work with Delivery Manager, Functional Business Analyst, Systems Analyst and BU Specialist to prioritise resolutions/fixes, if necessary**:

- **Work with Delivery Manager to communicate results of tests and ensure remediation of findings in accordance with Mitigation Plan**

**3. Test Execution Management**
- **Monitor and track defect resolutions / fixes for SIT and UAT to ensure remediation meets defined SLAs**:

- **Report SIT and UAT execution progress to the Project Manager**

**4. Mandatory**
- **Scrum Master Certification**:

- **Experience in Managing Digital Projects including Mobile and Tablet Testing**:

- **Experience in Appium Automation**:

- **Good understanding of Service Virtualization, Performance Testing**:

- **Excellent communication skills
