Executive Director
**Training & Education**
1. To helm Work Readiness Assisted Program at Adult Education Services.
2. Plan and deliver a comprehensive Job readiness program to develop clients ‘work-related skills.
3. Implement appropriate modes of assessment to monitor clients’ progress by providing accurate feedback and implementing suitable instructional support to close gaps.
4. Provide Job site support.
5. Monitor clients’ progress, achievements, and participation at the workplace through appropriate documentation, record keeping and assessments.
6. Engage employers to support and sustain clients at the workplace.
7. Network with local businesses/employers/SGEnabe to develop opportunities for open employment/supported employment/internships.
**Administrative & Others
1. Submit outcome indicators data and reports for submission to relevant authorities.
2. To conduct awareness talks for potential employers.
3. To participate in events organised / supported by DSA or research projects.
4. To attend relevant training and courses.
5. To attend and contribute to staff meetings.
6. Undertake any other duties as assigned by DSA.
**REQUIREMENT
- Minimum qualification: Diploma (SPED, Supported Employment, Community Services)
- 1-2 years’ experience as a Job Coach
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good report writing skills.
- Experienced in working with adults with Down syndrome, IDs and other disabilities using English as a medium of instruction.
