**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
**_Report To : Manager/ Directors _**
- Assist in recruitment, interview and meeting scheduling etc.
- Assist in preparation of monthly/yearly payroll reports, CPF contribution, leave tracking, staff claims, IR8A, IR21, relevant government grants/claims (Eg. NS Makeup Claims) and staff welfares
- Abreast with the latest regulatory requirements such as MOM, MOH and relevant government authories
- Maintaining and updating records on Company Assets (Eg. Laptop/Mobile Phones) held by staffs and P-files.
- Assist in arranging for monthly checking / maintenance of Office Building Equipment and its Environment (Eg. Aircons, Lift)
- Assist in liasing with Vendor/ Contractors for renewal of licencing or contracts, or faulty issues (if any)
- Ensure confidentiality at all times to support smooth workflow in Company.
- Perform ad hoc duties assigned by Management.
