The main areas of responsibility are as follows, but are not limited to:

- Reviewing shipping documentation to ensure compliance with company standards and federal regulations
- Coordinating with shipping companies to negotiate rates and schedules for shipments
- Negotiating contracts with carriers to find the best rates for freight shipments
- Maintaining records of all incoming and outgoing shipments, including tracking numbers, dates, and customer information
- Update and calculate landed costs using duties and freight costs
- Provide administrative support on weekly inventory across the region
- Assist in preparation of month end by running stock valuations to analyze the information
- Check and match all delivery notes from sites by reference to internal information provided
- Goods receipt all delivery notes against pre-entered purchase orders
- Monitor stock sheets to ensure all deliveries and/or stock transfers are entered correctly
- Contact site managers and or suppliers if there are any discrepancies between the purchase order and the goods actually received
- To provide support for accounting activities in Singapore and the region
- Assisting with VAT/GST returns
- Any other ad hoc tasks as required
