We're looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Procurement Specialist to join our team and help us secure the best products and services at competitive prices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement process, from sourcing to final purchase.
• Use platforms such as Taobao and other suppliers to identify cost-effective purchasing options.
• Negotiate with vendors to achieve the best pricing and terms while maintaining product quality.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Continuously evaluate suppliers, contracts, and purchasing strategies to ensure maximum savings and efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand and fulfill purchasing needs.

Requirements

• Fluent in Chinese (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with suppliers.
• Strong negotiation skills and proven ability to reduce costs in purchasing.
• Experience using Taobao (mandatory).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
• Prior experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management preferred.
