Staff Test Engineer Final Test Technology

In your new role you will:
- Responsible for developing test programs on any of the following ATE platform (V93K, MicroFlex, J750, etc)
- Responsible for test optimization through high parallelism conversion and test platform migration of new ATE
- Responsible for test knowledge transfer to production, test package buy-off (GR&R), test correlation and qualification
- Responsible for loadboard/DIB development activities such as schematic review, component placement, layout approval
- Develops innovative solutions to automate test process or methods for more efficient testing
- Documentation of standard test package releases and initiate best-practice sharing among Test Engineers
- Provide technical support to production test issues (software & hardware) using data analysis and test debugging skills
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Master's / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with more than 5 years of experience in Semiconductor Testing and familiar with Digital, Power & Mixed Signal Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
- Knowledgeable in developing device interface board (Loadboard) and have a strong understanding of schematic diagrams and component symbols
- Strong programming knowledge in C++ and Visual Basic
- Must exhibit pro-activeness with high ability of self-management, positive attitude, and a team player
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
