n your new role you will: D
- evelop and enable manufacturing capabilities for Semiconductor BE Final Testing; P
- ackage level final electrical testing, using the latest Automated Test E
quipment, best in-class Test handling & contact designs P
- ackage quality inspection using state of the art vision equipment C
- oach/train internal engineers in SIN & POB sites, expediting competency build-up within young engineer pools T
- roubleshoot production manufacturing topics related to the test equipment & hardware C
- ross-site function for SIN & POB sites to drive & support the implementation of productivity initiatives & solutions to improve overall equipment efficiency (OEE)
Y
ou are best equipped for this task if you have: D
- egree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electronics M
- ultiple years of experience in a Semiconductor Final Test Manufacturing environment E
- xperience in handling BE Final Test Equipment and related hardwares P
- ossess good communication skills with ability of making good technical writing & presentation P
- ro-active and flexible to handle multiple projects assigned. S
- ystematic & process oriented in a fast and agile working environment A
- ble to work effectively with a global & multi-cultural teams, with a good influencing skills to achieve best-in class solutions T
- his is a 24-month contract
