**Responsibilities**
- Troubleshoot MOCVD testing activity discrepancies
- Work with Engineering and R&D groups as required to resolve diverse & complex issues found during Test.
- Work with Manufacturing Engineering and Assembly Test Technicians to resolve and close issues.
- Manage all manufacturing test data associated with Acceptance testing (ETL & ATL).
- Interface with customers during Customer Source Inspection
- Compile statistical reports for each MOCVD system during Final Test.
- Analyze discrepancy data for each MOCVD system in order to provide corrective action and target zero CSI findings.
- Identify and provide improvements of test methods for existing products and collaborate with Engineering to develop methodologies for new products/components.
- Any other duties assigned by his/her superior / Manager
- Occasional travel may be required

**Qualifications**

BS in Engineering with five years experiences in technical supervision, or equivalent combination of education and experience

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Knowledge of MOCVD (hardware, software & control systems - Analog / D-Net)
- Knowledge of semiconductor hardware/practices and UHV manufacturing.
- Knowledge of SAP that range from simple inquiries to complex reports and transactions (MM, PP modules).
- Skilled in the use a personal computer and various common software packages.
- Skills to perform statistical data analysis.
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
- Ability to identify and resolve recurring problems.
- Interpersonal skills to interface with assembly technicians, engineering, management, customers, sales & marketing.
- Ability to work overtime, holidays and weekends as required.
