**Job Decription**
- Lead the execution of project finance and acquisition finance transactions across South East Asia and India
- Originate deals by cultivating and maintaining relationships with private equity sponsors
- Identify and pursue co-financing opportunities through active engagement with partner banks
- Maintain close coordination with banks to support loan syndication of underwritten positions
- Oversee internal credit approval processes for credit underwriting and investment decisions

**Requirement**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accountancy, or related discipline from a recognized university
- Professional certifications such as: CFA,CPA
- Familiarity with Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) regulations and compliance standards
- With more than 10 years in investment banking or corporate finance, with significant experience in Singapore or Southeast Asia
- Leadership experience in managing P&L, strategic planning, and regulatory engagement
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Korean is an asset due to regional client engagement
- High professional integrity and commitment to compliance and governance
- Culturally sensitive and collaborative, with experience leading diverse teams
