Stag Match is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Course Executive/Manager to oversee the operational and administrative aspects of our educational programs. This role requires a strong understanding of course management, curriculum development, and regulatory compliance.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Course Operations & Management**:
- Ensure the smooth daily operation of all courses.
- Plan and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Schedule courses, coordinate trainers, and manage assignments.
- Coordinate with trainers and stakeholders.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless course delivery.
- Provide after-course and during-course support to learners.
- Conduct course audits and ensure quality standards are met.
- Manage course updates and submissions to relevant agencies.
- Improve the overall learner experience.
- **Curriculum & Development**:
- Collaborate with course developers on new course development.
- **Training & Development**:
- Provide training to new trainers.
- **Administration & Reporting**:
- Provide overall support for course operations, coordination, and general office administration.
- Plan and organize regular business reviews.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and updates for senior management.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive filing system.
- Provide support in project research work.
- Assist in the planning and organizing of ecosystem, internal engagements, and transformation initiatives.
- Assist in the commercialization of products and solutions.
- **Financial & Logistics**:
- Follow up on claims and fee collections.
- Able to travel to branches as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum GCE A Level/Diploma in any discipline.
- ACTA/DACE certification.
- Excellent command of English and strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proactive, creative, and possess excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Strong leadership skills and initiative.
- Prior operations and office administration experience preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
