You will report to the CFO, Asia and work closely with other teams in Sompo Asia and in the group companies across the Asia region.

**Executive-Level Experience**:Supporting the CEO office and assisting in the creation of materials for meetings such as Board of Directors and Executive Committee meetings will give you firsthand experience in working with executives. This exposure can enhance your understanding of strategic planning, corporate governance, and executive-level operations.
**Broad Responsibilities**:The role involves diverse responsibilities, allowing you to develop a wide range of skills. From preparing meeting materials to managing calendars and conducting research, you will have the opportunity to engage in various tasks that contribute to the smooth functioning of the CEO office.
**Key Job Responsibilities**
- Assist in preparing for Board of Directors meetings of subsidiaries in the region, including summarizing board materials and highlighting key topics.
- Coordinate with various departments and managers in the regional office and subsidiaries to gather necessary information for management decision-making in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with executive team members to compile and prepare materials for Executive Committee meetings.
- Assist in creating agendas, presentations, and reports for executive-level discussions.
- Follow up on action items and ensure the timely completion of tasks
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO office, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings.
- Support the CEO in monitoring progress on key initiatives, projects, and deadlines, and provide regular updates as required.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the CEO, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
**Education Level and/or Relevant Experience**
- Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in corporate planning, management consultancy services, financial services, or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Insurance and financial-related experiences are advantageous.
**Knowledge and Skills Required**
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize assignments effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft professional correspondence and presentation materials.
- Understanding of Accounting and Finance
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work outputs.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive mindset with a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
