RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Plan, develop and execute marketing strategies
- Business Development
- New Clientele acquisition
- Customer retention
- Social Media marketing
- Influencers marketing
- Brand management
- PR and Communications
- Building a community and brand ambassadors
- E-commerce website and e-marketplaces
- Creating contents
- Corporate Partnership

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of marketing experience.
- Experienced in managing team.
- Preferred experience in Beauty / Retail industry.
- Proficient in implementing and optimizing Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
- Proficient in social media marketing and content strategies.
- Ability to curate popular and relevant content that generates sales opportunities.
- Solid knowledge of social media platforms and data analytics tools (Google Analytics).
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media or other relevant field.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Proactive and creative/strategic thinker.
- Able to handle stress and tight timeline submission.
