**Admin & Marketing Assistant Job Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative & marketing support.
- Conduct data entry.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Liaise with stakeholders in the supply chain: memo & product list dissemination.
- Work with marketing team to manage brand and marketing initiatives.
- Generate reports on business performance.
- Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives.
- Organize and manage marketing collateral: anticipating needed quantities; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt of supplies, inventory control.
- Excellent time management skills.
**Education and Experience Requirements**:
- 'A' levels, ITE or Diploma graduate.
- 1-3 years experience in administration or marketing equivalent.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Powerpoint).
- Good written and verbal communications skills.
- Only Singaporeans and PRs need to apply.
**We offer**:
- 5 day work week (Monday to Friday).
- Working hours: 9am to 6pm.

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
