Marketing Assistant

**1. Purpose of the position**:
1.1 Assist the sales team in creating brand awareness and new customers.
1.2 Assist the sales team in following up on all project leads and opportunities.
1.3 Assist the sales team in increasing weekly/monthly/yearly sales.
1.4 Assist the sales team in preparing marketing materials.
**2. Key Responsibilities and Duties**:
2.1 Assist the sales team in increasing Saniton's market share in B2B project sales, mainly by working with arthitects to specify Saniton's products in their tender drawings/documents.
2.2 Assist the sales team in increasing Saniton's presence in architectural firms, encouraging them to specify Saniton's products in their projects.
2.3 Assist the sales team in meeting yearly sales target, primarily focusing on project sales through specified Saniton's product in tender drawings.
2.4 Assist the sales team in preparing marketing material, either in-house or with external subcontractor (printing company, advertising company etc.)
**3. Academic and/or Trades Qualifications**:
3.1 Diploma in Marketing related field.
3.2 Ability to read/write in English and Chinese and/or Malay is an advantage.
**4. Past Working Experience**:
4.1 Two years of relevant working experience in a similiar field.
4.2 Fresh Graduates are also welcome (training to be provided).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
