About the Role
Corporate Solutions, Claims
1. Responsible for claims advice/consultancy work for assigned portfolio of clients/broker.
2. Manage claim related services by working with stakeholders/partners to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded in claims services.
3. Proactively, review and analyse claims data to manage assigned portfolio.
4. Exercise the necessary risk awareness required in the operations. This includes but not limited to approval for high value claims, anti fraud reviews, audits etc.
5. Able to conduct claims related briefings or chair claims meetings as necessary. 6. Reporting of performance stats and undertake projects as assigned by Team Lead.
1. No less than 3 years of experience in claims area.
2. Degree holder.
3. Meticulous and fast worker understands the need for prompt accurate customer service.
4. Have excellent communication skills, able to manage professional written/verbal/face-to-face communications and meetings with internal/external parties independently. Able to advise on claims decisions clearly and concisely.
5. Able to work with data, understand claims statistics and formulate solutions for clients in the claims area.
