The Jobs-Skills Integrator Programme Office (JSITPO) develops and implements Jobs-Skills Integrator for Wholesale Trade sector (JSIT-WST) initiative announced at the Budget 2023 to improve the integration of Singapore’s training and placement ecosystem, to optimise training and job matching for companies and individuals in the Wholesale Trade (WST) sector.

The primary objective is to understand the jobs and skills landscape, shape the demand for jobs and skills, facilitate job matching, and develop and curate training programmes in line with the needs of the Wholesale Trade sector.

As the Senior Executive (Jobs), you play a critical role in supporting the recruitment efforts to identify, facilitate and recruit skilled talents to support WST sector companies’ business growth.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Team Lead (Jobs) to maintain accurate HR records and analyse HR metrics and prepare reports
- Assist the Team Lead (Jobs) to track indicators and compile KPIs as required.
- Assist in outreach (calling, virtual meetings, F2F meetings, events) to WST companies to address their needs for JSIT-WST programme services
- Assist in coordinating and/or organising JSIT-WST events.

Job Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience with at least 2 years of experience in recruitment.
- Possess knowledge of local labour laws and regulations, as well as workforce related guidelines and policies.
- Demonstrate good record in talent acquisition.
- Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and manage several projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Good qualitative, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work well with colleagues across different projects and deadlines.
