ServiceNow is looking for a high achieving Sales Development Representative to join our expanding Global Sales Development team. You will produce new business pipeline in mid
- to large-size enterprises, working with Field Sales professionals.
**What you get to do in this role**:
- Establish new business relationships with influential contacts within target accounts
- Understand customer needs and requirements through discovery calls
- Ensure daily and weekly KPIs are met
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Executives for further development and closure
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned group
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager
**Qualifications** To be successful in this role you have**:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role at a comparable SaaS company
- General understanding of sale methodologies (eg, BANT, MEDDIC, Value Selling)
- Experience in speaking and dealing with enterprise/very large enterprise customers is highly preferred
- Experience in lead generation, cold calling and prospecting
- Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
- Thrive in an autonomous capacity, showing high levels of proactiveness, hunger and drive
- Ability to differentiate yourself to customers
- Additional ASEAN language skills will be highly advantageous
- Ability to speak in Korean is a must as this role needs to manage customers in Korea
