Liaise with the Project Manager Team (PMT) and the System Integrator (SI) contractor to ensure that the GIS platform is implemented according to approved scope, deliverables and timeline
- Liaise with users to establish user requirements, plan and conduct acceptance tests, and manage onboarding of systems to the platform;
- Liaise with the Maintenance Support contractor to ensure that the GIS is maintained and supported according to the requirements and Service Level Agreement (SLA) stated in the contract.
- Assist PMT on technical and administrative matters like procurements, raising of service/change requests on ICT infra (e.g. data exchange gateways, firewalls)
- Advise PMT on latest ICT policies and requirements (e.g. Security Audits, IM8 policy compliance matters and ensure the system complies with them
- Manage the development and recurrent budget approved for this project
- Manage contracts with the relevant vendors to ensure prompt deliveries of services / products and payments to the vendors, as well as to ensure the availability of funds for such payments

Undertake other responsibilities, tasks, projects as assigned by the Management.

**Qualification and Skill Sets Required**
- Singaporean
- Excellent communication (both oral and written), presentation, negotiation as well as strong project, vendor and contract management skills;
- Competent, self-motivated, pro-active, dedicated and responsible as well as having the ability to work independently without the need for close supervision; and
- Strong customer orientation and multi-tasking capabilities.
