We are looking for an **Accounts Executive (Full Time / Part Time)** who loves numbers and maintaining the books. You will be helping to manage the financial backbone of the company making sure financial records are kept up to date and managing full sets of accounts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Setting up payments for multiple entities
- Perform variance analysis of the actual against the budgets and investigate the underlying reasons for the variance.
- Checking of supplier SOA with outstanding balance in our books
- Ensuring purchase orders and bills are in order
- Ensure proper filing of invoices
- Setting up / improving current processes being done
- Assist in closing of the books for multiple entities, this includes:

- Month end journal entries (Accruals, revenue, inventory, prepayments, fixed asset depreciations)
- Fixed asset depreciation
- Bank & petty cash reconciliation
- Expense claim reimbursement
- Ensuring all AP invoices have been keyed in
- Retrieving all sales report from distribution channels and passing of the relevant journal entries
- General ledger check
- Balance sheet schedule check
- Intercompany billings
- Assist with ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

**Requirement**:

- At least 1 year of relevant working experience
- A fast learner who is able to work independently in the fast paced environment
- Meticulous and good communication and written skills
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot table, v-lookup)
- Knowledge of Xero will be an added advantage
- Able to start work imm or with short notice period
- Able to commit min 20 hours per wk (for PT)
