**About us**

We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Executive to join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry into the age of technology through innovation and a desire to solve its multitude of challenges.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Calculating and crediting expenses and payables
- Process and prepare disbursement of expenses and claims
- Maintaining the Employee Share Options Schedule
- Keeping track of inter-company billings with overseas subsidiaries
- Supporting month-end closing activities and group finance coordination
- Bookkeeping in preparation of quarterly GST submissions
- Supporting the preparation and drafting of financial statements
- Handling sales and receivables on a need basis

**Qualifications**:

- 0-3 years Finance and Accounting experience
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting & Finance is preferable
- Good knowledge in Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, working knowledge of Xero is preferred
- Good interpersonal skills
- Meticulous and strong initiative

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,600.00 per month
