**Responsibilities**
- Assist in research and preparing summary presentation for discussion with management team
- Prepare presentation materials for potential investors
- Prepare pitchdecks, marketing materials, memos, investor reporting and similar
- Assist in structuring new investment initiatives
- Prepare financial model and valuation spreadsheet
- Prepare non-disclosure agreement, term sheet, investment memorandum
- Attend investee companies’ calls or meetings and prepare meeting notes
- Co-ordinate and assist in due diligence (financial, business, legal) on potential investee companies
- Co-ordinate with lawyers on drafting of legal documents
- Handling ad-hoc projects assigned by the management team

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree education in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance or other related majors
- Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in relevant working experience with proven track record
- Excellent command of verbal and written in English
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, intellectual curiosity, ability to perform in-depth and critical analysis
- Team player with good interpersonal skills

**Good to Have**
- CFA or CPA

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
