**MAIN PURPOSE**:
Provide Human Resources Services to the Richemont Brands and Back Offices in South Asia & Oceania Region.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- HRIS
- To maintain smooth running of the Human Resources Information System (SAP and Times Software)
- To monitor timely update of personnel records (personal details, position, salary, appraisal outcomes, leave records, training and awards)
- To manage all SAP Group HR reports
- Compensation and Benefits/Payroll
- Be the go-to person for payroll processing, posting and reports for Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia & Vietnam (variable compensation, overtime, expatriates’ compensation, special payments), income submission to IRAS and tax clearance for non-Singaporeans (where applicable)
- Support pay adjustment, bonus and any ad-hoc payment exercise
- To gatekeep the monthly payroll quality with strong sensitivity to high level of accuracy and compliance
- Understand the process and support all payroll related matters such as payment of CPF, EPF, SOSCO, PCB, EIS etc, prepare monthly headcount reports and surveys as required
- Projects/ Vendor Management
- Manage, communicate and deliver important projects that impact other parts of the organization
- Manage multiple vendors for different HR processes in relation to payroll and local legislations
- Expatriates Management
- Manage and provide information to expatriates on C&B (Tax Clearance, Social Benefits)
- Administration
- Submit Claims for Training Grants, Maternity Leave, NS pay etc
- And any other ad-hoc duties assigned as necessary

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Strong knowledge of the local market regulations with at least 5 years of Human Resources payroll experience
- A good familiarity with the other regional market’s regulations such as Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam will be an advantage
- Educational background in Business / Maths will be an advantage.
- Proven track record/experience in a payroll position in a fast-paced environment
- Together with your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, you also thrive under pressure and able to demonstrate strong operational abilities to the team
- The team enjoys working with you because of your positive mindset and inspiring attitude.
- You are self-organised, able to multi-task and have a keen eye for details
- You enjoy being hands-on and are known to be reliable and responsible
